There are plans to improve this feature in the future. What exactly each route means is not yet known. We don’t know that yet except for the fact that there will be three endings based on the Karma: Good, Evil and Opportunistic Route.
As the game progresses, more images are unlocked and can be viewed at the gallery. Does this game have a Gallery? What’s best: Low or High Karma? Yes, but at the current version (v0.6.4) it’s only for images. How can I get money? Money can be earned by progressing the story, but there are no uses for it yet implemented.
